It's About Of Plasma Fibroblasting

What is Plasma Fibroblasting?

Plasma Fibroblast procedures originated and became popular in the United Kingdom and has been a service offered in Australia for couple of decades now, and yet many are still learning about this incredible treatment. The form of Plasma emitted from the Plasma Pen is a source of energy (the fourth state of matter).

Using an acupuncture style needle on the end of the device, this is used as a conductor for the energy to travel straight onto the skin’s surface, creating instant ablation in a controlled manor, leaving behind a carbon crust type dot.

With each “dot” or ablation on the treatment area, the skin starts showing a tightened effect straight away during the treatment. This is where the Fibroblast cells come in.

When you injure yourself, your Fibroblast cells are what kick into action and start creating collagen and elastin fibres to repair the area. With use of the Plasma Pen, your technician is able to create injury in a controlled / patterned manor to the area of concern, which enables the area to build a nice neat layer of new fibres back into deteriorating skin.

The lasting effects of the treatment are visible after 12 weeks where re-assessment will take place and determine if further treatments are desired.

The Fibroblasting technician is capable of using the device to all of it’s ability which includes skin lift and tightening and also removal of basic benign skin blemishes like sunspots, skin tags, moles, freckles, cherry agnomas, broken capillaries and also scar repair and breakdown.

What does Fibroblasing do?

Plasma Fibroblasting is designed to create injury to the skin in a pattered and controlled manor, which encourages a natural healing response from the body. The Fibroblast cells are what repairs an area when we injure ourself.

The Plasma energy from the Plasma Pen causes a superficial carbon crust type injury to the epidermis layer of the skin, meanwhile the energy current of the Plasma travels into the dermis layer directly; which triggers an injury repair” response from the Fibroblast cells. When performed and positioned correctly, each plasma blast enters the dermis layer in a star-like effect, meaning that under each carbon dot on the skin there is a scattered effect of energy underneath the skin to which maximizes the cell activation.

The Fibroblast cells start creating natural collagen and elastin fibres within the treated area the repair the damage caused. Initially a Type I collagen is created to repair the injury and around the 8-10 week mark a Type III collagen takes over to form some strong, lasting structure in the area.

Studies have been done showing that these collagen fibres can still be evident to be producing from 6 to even 12 months after treatment. The photos are then taken at the 12 week mark as this is when the lasting results of the treatment can be noticed most.

Fibroblasting should be done sparingly with a treatment plan to achieve best results so not to cause damage to the skin.

This is why the scar tissue of an injury is made up of collagen and elastin fibres all bunched together to create an unslightly clump of tissue usually.

Because the body and cells are doing the work, this procedure is completely natural and permanent with little side effect risk. Click here
